“Hastening the Work – Arm in Arm”

Dublin, Ireland

April 13-17, 2017

“Shoulder to shoulder, arm in arm … Now is the time to bring souls unto Him. … Wishing will not make it so. The Lord expects our thinking. He expects our action. He expects our labors. He expects our testimonies. He expect our devotion.” –President Thomas S. Monson

Registration to be open soon!  (The registration and all conference details will be on a dedicated conference website. Link coming.)

We all know that living the gospel is important.  But because of circumstances, we may feel alone in our struggles.  Our hopes are high but we falter.  Some questions we may have are: How do we grow my local LDS Deaf community? How do we work with leadership effectively?  Where are the resources that are effective in teaching the gospel to the Deaf?  What can I do?  Most of us understand these questions because we’ve been there or we are experiencing them right now! The LDS Deaf Conference “Hastening the Work – Arm in Arm” will answer these questions and more!

Come meet new faces from the Deaf community of Ireland, England, Scotland and the United States who share the same values and goals that you do!  Most of all, this will be an exciting and fun opportunity to roll up your sleeves and learn how to share the gospel more effectively! “Hasten the work” is the Lord’s plea to each of us.  Let’s do it together, arm in arm!

We will have ISL, BSL and ASL interpreters available throughout the conference.
